Customers who live nearby Amsterdam also have the option to collect free of charge from Garden Centre Osdorp in Amsterdam. Read more under the heading "Free collection at Garden Centre Osdorp". If the Lemax Christmas items need to be delivered, we apply the following rates.

Christmas-Village.eu is part of the largest Lemax provider and proud builder of the biggest Christmas village in Europe, Garden Centre Osdorp in Amsterdam. During the online ordering process, you can also choose to collect your order at the garden centre, which means you won't pay any shipping fees. We will contact you as soon as we have compiled your order, and it is ready for collection. Very convenient if you live nearby Amsterdam or simply want to visit the garden centre for a look around!

As a true Lemax fan you'll want to build your Christmas village as fast as possible, which is why we strive to deliver our online orders as soon as possible. In order to meet the following conditions, orders have to be placed before 4 PM on working days. Please note, orders are not delivered immediately during pre-sale. In this case, the expected delivery date will be clearly communicated on our website. The pre-sale usually takes place between early August and late September, but will be clearly communicated on the website. For a complete list of delivery times and fees, please see the table below.

Once we have prepared your package, you will receive a unique Track and Trace code by e-mail. After you receive the code by e-mail, it may take up to 24 hours for the code to be activated by PostNL. On this page you can enter the Track and Trace code and see the status of your order.
